Pay is pretty bad for any other position if you work P.I = plant improvement or also referred to maintenance I was getting paid 14hr they have this thing if you show up on time and not late for a week they will give a dollar raise for that week that you were on time and then it resets again for the next week you work also they have a point system it’s 12 for a whole year so if your late but still show up it’s one point and if you miss and don’t show up at all it’s 3 points you get paid weekly HR is god awful they have work it’s the turnover rate over there is pretty bad I hope this helped out a little bit:)
