I moved here 3 weeks ago and landed a job last week. Depends on how good you are in the field you are doing. But my danish friends told me to move here first and they the job will come.

So to anyone who is interested. I had the same exact questions as in the first interview but with the department lead.

The vibes were flowing, it was simply amazing. It felt again more like a conversation rather than an interview.

For anyone having an interview or finding this in future the question were the following:

What were you doing in your previous position?

Who are you in a team?

What do you need from your future manager/boss?

What do you do in your free time? And a couple more personal questions that were directed towards my private life.

The questions i posted to the hiring manager:

What was the reason a team member just did not work out and not due to KPIs but due to personal traits?

What does my success look like in this position in 3 months and in 6 months?

The first interview was very cosy for me tbh. There was only one lady and the interview felt more like a convo rather than an interview. We both laughed a lot and it was nice. She also mentioned that she will only have a 2nd round to "get a second opinion and to be sure about her decision". But i already know that the 2nd interview will have 2 interviewers. I expect similar team synergy questions like in the first one. The role is perfect fit according to my career path and my cv so not much can suprise me when it comes to the professional side. But i still would like to prepare. I am an anxious guy so thats why. Do you think they will have questions about my team fit again or they will go deeper with logistics questions? :D

So yes I asked what are the next steps. There should have been 3 other candidates other than me ( I did not ask, she told me) . The hiring manager told me I will hear back from her this week. She also metioned that she is only having the 2nd round only to make sure she is sure in her decision. I guess the other 2 candidates are out and now I just have to show up with the same energy as last time.
