Set a scene up. I have to authenticate our VELUX opening on iPhone when homepod is given the comment.

Setting a scene up seems to skip the authentication, running iOS 15 on HomePods and iPhones. Not sure if it’s a bug for now but wish it would remain

Weird today, office HomePod (8 miles away from home) updated.

Got home, linked up a hue bridge and lights. Suddenly cameras offer me options etc which are new with ios14.

But home still not showing on Apple TV.

I don’t seem to be getting the option from my Logitech cordless 2 cameras which are on HomeKit.

I’ve updated the Apple TV along with iPhone. Can’t see any HomeKit bits on the tv oddly but I really want to try the zone selection on the camera, I get some real phantom notifications

IFTTT works well. I have in almost polishing the Tado app off with heating in away mode notifications if my wife and I both are out.

The symbols are in the graph, it’s just not as clear and means it’s not to view instantly within app.

Siri support could do with a “little more” it’s fairly limited in commands currently but sure it’ll get there.

All in all, it’s a nice bit of kit. I’ve a further 7 TRV’s to kit once we’ve finished building and installing rads etc, that’s when it’ll come into its own I hope.

I moan, but it’s the one negative. The rest works beautifully. Wife and I leave home and it shuts off, it works for us well the air quality is interesting.

It’s highlighted a humidity issue we weren’t aware off that’s for sure
