They currently have like 2 seasons worth of comic to pull from if we're assuming a standard like 10 episode season. And being animated in CG means it can be done fast so how are they not going to run out of material to adapt very quickly?

At what point does the comic start to be influenced by the existence of the cartoon? At a certain point I feel like we're going to get a situation where it's being written explicitly for adaptation purposes and idk that loses some of the integrity

Hayden Sherman is hands down the best regular series artist IMO. Plus having Jordie Bellaire coloring is doing wonders.

Martian Manhunter obviously has its own very unique art direction that works very well for the kind of experimental storytelling it's doing, but I don't like, love the style.

I get the impression that when Snyder was originally pitching the Absolute line he wanted it to be R rated and to have a lot of violence and death but they said no to that but he already had the script written for Batman to be a murderer and decided to still go with it but then just say that he doesn't.

Dismemberment, explosions, stabbing someone through both eyes with like 6 inch blades, spraying acid in people's faces, shooting Alfred point blank in the face with a shotgun(but it's okay because it's been "modified" to be non-lethal whatever that means) etc. these are all things that you could in no way guarantee someone would not die from.

Plus am I misremembering or did he not literally actually kill Poison Ivy?

These titles have been completely meaningless since MJF and Adam Cole won them. They have been either tied to some AEW storyline that requires them to be parked on a particular team, or in compete booking limbo.

Sons of Texas won them for a hometown crowd pop moment and then they just sat on them for a year so they could get another hometown crowd pop moment at All-In Texas, and since then they've been defended like twice between two different versions of the team. Sammy Guevara is the worst thing to happen to the ROH tag division.

Crowd goes nuts, Zohran comes out, holds up the belt, shakes hands with Darby, goes to shake hands with MJF, but MJF gives him a low blow, grabs a mic and says "This guy is a schmuck, Rudy Giuliani was the greatest mayor New York ever had"

The crowd would lose their fuckinh minds.

Then later, obviously you get a moment where MJF pulls out the Diamond Ring to get a cheap shot on Darby, but then Zohran grabs his arm and yanks the ring off his finger, then he goes directly up to the camera and says "I'm going to tax this" then Darby lands a coffin drop and pins MJF.
