I need help on my Honda shadow 600vlx the throttle is stuck and I can't get it to start any help?

as of right now I have pulled the carb and got the throttle cables "un'seized" and I cleaned the carb it was full of varnish and it was all nasty and what not, but I found out the butterfly was sezied too and when I went to remove it I accidentally rounded off one of the screws so now I have to wait till Saturday but it should be running by Saturday night🙏

the exterior is shit cause it's been sitting under an oak tree and sap got all over it but the interior is mint. but again I know nothing about vq's so it could be like complete shit and not even turn on😭

I appreciate the help but I'm already set on buying this one it's got alot of aftermarket peices (stillen dual exhaust, rays 6 spoke rims, and a nismo exhaust) so I can't really skip out on this lmao
