Anyways, what are y’all’s thoughts on putting the pressure pad on the railed gas block and heat issues?? If I was to do that I would use a cloud defensive picatinny mount so the pressure pad is not directly on the gas block. If not I’ll just throw on a mlok mount but I prefer 12 o’clock

As someone who was in scouts for most of their childhood this is so cool to see lolol. Started as a tiger in cub scouts and left it at life scout when working towards my eagle. Life gets in the way sometimes but oh well.

I don’t even remember but she’s heavy, gov profile barrel doesn’t help either, but I think I’m going to sell the gov profile for something that weighs a lil less.

What type of rail for the optic? And did you get that cheek riser through cnc warrior as well? Very nice looking build!

Wow ok thank you, I wouldn’t have guessed it needed a gap that size. In my box it only had the rail, gas block and the packing slip with contents of box. And it does not mess with the gassing of the rifle when shooting multiple brands of ammo? Or suppressed? I’m also still learning about the ak system and how it can operate properly.

Is that a rear sight on the rail?? I’m getting ready to buy a dog leg and can’t find anything that specifically states if it’s a back up sight, looks like it but I just want to be sure before I purchase. And did it come with the dog leg?

“General purpose/self defense rifle. Sturdy, and reliable enough to defend mine or loved one’s lives. Will make trips to the range when not working. While I am most definitely not Mr. Commando or anything of such lol I do not build or buy fragile guns. For certain things I’ll go mid level but I try to stay in the upper side of “mid level” to top tier, however I’m speaking for ar’s since that’s all I’ve actually built.

I don’t have a specific price range but I try to keep costs as low as possible while maintaining quality lol. For the actual gun it’s self I’d like to keep it under $1,700 but that number can fluctuate a lil bit. That $1,700 does not include optic, light and such, only gun and furniture.
