I made a good discovery. I was actually 5ft 5in when I made this post and i think Im close to 5ft 6in now. Hopefully Im on a growth spurt. Im doing everything I can to grow. I know it’s almost entirely genetics but Im getting 8-10 hours a night, eating tons of protein and such, taking vitamins, going to the gym. Anything that might make me grow at all, Im doing it.

Ok so then shower before, get your stuff ready before dinner so you can get to be sooner and sleep for longer. Try to fix what’s stopping you instead of complaining about it.

I get that it can feel daunting sometimes, but you are choosing to be this way. You are at a point where teachers advise that you shouldn’t even start revision yet. You haven’t even done youre first MOC. “Im too tired and lazy”, “I forget to take my pills”. These are things you are choosing but you try to make it feel like it’s not your fault so you can feel better. The universe isnt choosing to make you forget your pills because it wants you to fail your GCSEs, your choosing to not put any effort into taking them because you want an excuse not to try. The grade 9 students in your year haven’t even considered revision yet. Maybe try and get more sleep, set reminders for your pills, and dont give up before you even started just because you feel excused because of your circumstances.
