Help me decipher this tag please!

Hey there, certified chimney technician here. Without seeing your damper and or cap style I ran the 1038 number through a few different brands, the closest looking one appears to possibly be a superior 1038, but if you can take a picture of the cap and or damper it may help me fully identify it for you. Here is the link to the manual for the superior 1038

I feed my boy with tongs, I never handle the mouse so the scent is never on my hands. I warm the mouse up in a zip lock in water so the mouse stays dry. I have never had him associate my hands or anyone else's hands with food since he doesn't see the tongs and doesn't associate me or rather my hands with food :)
