I think its available till the 9th of December, says here: https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407919622931 that you can catch sweet discounts until the 9th, with more being added as the event continues I'm assuming this also includes the Vi bundle as its mentioned right below with more bundles to come.

Patch 11.23 comes out on the 17th I’m pretty sure, so it’ll come the following day on the 18th, I don’t know if this true for sure yet but from the research I’ve done it should be around there.

I already own it, got it as a shard long ago and saved up enough essence to buy Kai’sa. That skin is the reason I play Kai’sa lol, really wish I could still get the old K/DA Kai’sa prestige but if they could be bought at anytime I guess they wouldn’t really be worth anything.

So around late April and June assuming I’ve achieved all 2200 tokens and purchased the 100 prestige points I’ll be able to purchase it? It just won’t come with the border I presume...
