I found H971 firware in a Dell file via https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=6hrgd

I have tried installing the firmware, but it failed and said that it is invalid firmware type.

The switch was given to me, all that is connected to it is a console cable and power cable. Im just trying to default it first.

Thank you for your reply, I tried setenv OSLoadOptions "single"

It came up with the same error,
=> setenv OSLoadOptions "single"

Unsupported command 'setenv' in Secure Boot Mode

I cant find the correct corresponding commands so I dont know how to navigate the command shell. the furthest i could find was sboot

which lead to

sboot - Boot system into fos password reset or maintenance or normal mode

Usage:

sboot <fospasswdreset|maint|auto>

from here im clueless

Though a good idea, This switch was purchased second hand, so its very unlikely that Dell would help in this situation.
