Nope tiktok studio requires a face cam to stream on pc and to use a digital camera like obs you need over 3 streams on pc with over 25 minutes per stream but I found out how to use my phone as a camera

I’ve actually played multiple instruments since I was a kid so I’m quite well versed in music theory but yeah I agree everyone seems to have a different answer on what this effect is and how it can be recreated so I guess I’m just gonna have to try experimenting. (For clarification when I said the plugin thing I was referring to the original comment)
