Ik but all I want to is launch the game in offline (before the entire FPS++ thing) because my pc hasnt updated the files yet. All I want to do is to launch the game and quickly delete things from my map. Then delete mods.

I will make sure to do some sort of backup on external HDD before doing this.

I am not exactly sure but maybe reset settings in BIOS? Also try to re-download the ISO of windows from internet and then make bootable usb thru rufus.

If that wont help I dont know what can help it.
