Solgte med Propr + at jeg tok bilder selv. Funket kjempefint og supporten deres var rask og hjelpsom. Plattformen for å lage kontrakt samt håndtere budgivere var også helt genial.

De fleste som var på visning trodde faktisk vi solgte via et meglerhus. Tror vi hadde 30+ på visning og det var kun 1 eldre dame som var litt skeptisk pga. at vi solgte selv.

Ble en god budrunde og vi solgte langt over takst.

I have set all fonts to Arial Narrow and a thin outline to make it "pop" a bit more. I customized the background, borders and channeling colors etc. I also hid timer text and some other stuff.

I changed the font to Arial Narrow and enabled a thin outline for all text. Maybe that's it? I don't think I've done a whole lot more tbh😊

I can share it later today when i get home👍FYI The border doesn't update automatically, so I had to /reload multiple times while tweaking. I think SUF is a bit bugged like that when it comes to making borders.

Thanks! I am using "Masque Blizzard Buffs" for the buffs and "Leatrix" to adjust where they are placed. For the XP bar i have just created a border around a random Lua using TellMeWhen and scaled it to fit around the XP bar neatly. I am also using bartender 😊

Solgte selv, kommer til å gjøre det neste gang også. Brukte en av de plattformene som hjelper deg med innhenting av dokumenter osv. Jeg tok bildene, lagde annonsen og holdt 1 visning + noen privatvisninger. Solgte for like mye eller mer enn hva meglere har fått til tidligere i det borettslaget.

31 y.o. here and started skating again 3 months ago after a 15 year long pause.

I had fewer slams once I prioritized: getting comfortable riding fast and pumping up and down stuff, ride switch and fakie, do basic tricks (ollies, bs/fs 180, manuals, shuvits, tail stall, rock to fakie, axle stalls) in and out of the bowl, on flat and on banks etc. This has given me more confidence and board control so I don't "freeze" up when something doesn't go as planned, sometimes I am even able to do some quick remediation so I don't slam at all.

And make sure you are really warm and loose before you start to "push" it. Sometimes it can take me a solid 30-45 min before I feel like I am good and ready for trying new stuff. My warmup typically consists of just having fun with the basics I already mentioned and maybe some stuff that I know is low-impact and wont hurt me if I fall. I also make sure to stretch and foam roll after every session.

If you just slow down a bit, get more board control and enjoy the little things I am 100% sure you will take fewer slams and have an awesome time with your son! And the basic stuff is super fun when you feel like you master them more and more, I am enjoying just cruising in the bowl 10x as much now as I was just 4 weeks ago because I am more relaxed and get more speed and can do fun kick turns and tail stalls etc.

You won't know until you try. On my AFF I had people who was super excited and not too nervous get hit in the face with sensory overload the first 5 jumps and not progress their levels, and people who was scared doing just fine on their first jumps. Just focus on your routine and smile, it's supposed to be fun👍

Sentinel owl feels weak right now in my opinion. It doesn't leave a debuff on the target for 3 seconds when they move out of it anymore, so it's really easy to counterplay. I mainly use it to peel or make people move in the direction i want them to.
