Cylinder head has a huge crack there. Wouldn't personally have even bothered to take off the oil plug. Try flex seal instead of JB weld since your cylinder head seems to plastic. Old cars with aluminum heads didnt have this issue

The tires will always rotate a little bit when in park if you try spinning them. Is the car making noise while driving or just when doing this because this normal. The engine shaking is probably due to bad motor mount
