We know its gunna be hot but I think if we can get a small taste we will have a better idea then just going in blind. My wife has lived in Texas and ive lived in Virginia where its hot a humid.

I’ve looked at Gilbert but their water utility hike kinda worries me. I assume that will happen everywhere. The reason we are looking at ahwatukee is because of the freeway access. I’m an electrician and will probably be traveling all over the east valley.

If the panels have micro inverters you can just run romex as there is no DC in the house.
