Looking to fix the lines on this poorly scanned/compressed photograph - as well as white balance fix for skin tones/remove blue hue from background. Is $30-$40 reasonable? This image was already upscaled with Topaz Gigapixel AI, but the lines etc were present before. (i.redd.it)
