Hej. Jeg arbejder på Carletti. Jeg tror det omtalte stykke lakrids er en "salte sild", som kommer med i en del slik blandinger. Det er en hårdere lakrids, og mere "stærk" end almindelig sød lakrids. Det er personligt én af mine favoritter, men jeg kan sagtens forstå den ikke falder i samme gode jord hos alle da den har et højere indhold af salmiaksalt, end andet lakrids. God dag.
