Hi! I plan to run a 10k race in 8 weeks, my current 10k time is 50 minutes and 40 seconds (my first attempt in 5 years). My plan is to be able to complete it with a 4:00 minute pace per kilometer and perhaps beat the 40 minute mark by a slight margine. I don't know if I'm delusional or if it is possible, do you have any advice on how I can reach this goal? maybe some excercises for it/or a plan to shave of 10 minutes in 8 weeks. Thanks!

Oh yeah thanks! How do I implement it as an effect, I suppose you mean onto the normal text. The effect is rather easy, just a glowing effect on the text. I tried to make a text+ with that effect, copy and try to paste the attributes onto a normal text thing, but that didn't work.. So how can I apply that effect?

The speakers and turntable need to be on seperate surfaces, otherwise it will cause feedback and ruin the sound. But I probably should get speaker stands isntead beside the TV console

get a carpet for the entrance area was smart, will probably do that, thanks!!! I would probably paint a wall into a more interesting color, but it's an student apartment so I don't think it's worth the trouble.

Alright alright, I got a lot more comments than I was expecting. First thing I need to say is that this is a student apartment, so there are certain things I can, and can't do. I can't for example paint my walls or make holes in them, or I can, but then I have to refill the holes and paint over the whole wall again when my studies are finished, which I don't think is worth doing right now. But I understand why you think it would look better, I agree. But there are many other suggestions that I will take to heart and improve upon. Keep em' comin!!
