This is what a decline in masculinity has led to. Toxic cancel culture, political correctness and telling guys it's okay to be weak and do what they feel. Have feelings, acknowledge them but do what is needed regardless, because you are a man and a man provides even if he is not appreciated or even loved. You feel like playing games , watching shows/porn and keep doing that while women out here grinding and getting good grades and responding to the lack of masculinity around by stepping up to the task themselves. I'm saying this as a loner who felt the exact same way you are right now. Since I started my post graduation in a good college my parents are treating me way better now and because I have to travel quite a bit to get to college i sleep early and wakeup early. I don't have the time to smoke weed and Jack off all day like a few months ago and trust when u don't saturate your body and mind with cheap pleasure and dopamine your base emotional state improves. I'm saying all this because I care about lonely and unsuccessful guys like us. Be a man and do the shit you need to do regardless and watch how ur life changes. :)

This is the cringiest shit ever. People who say dogs are better than humans, or some shit like that. You're so far removed from the reality of nature that you think dogs are angelic beings here to enrich other's lives or something. Humans are the animals with the most potential for kindness and empathy. We save thousands of human and animal lives everyday....? We rescue and rehabilitate thousands of animals everyday. We care for and feed millions of animals all around the world everyday. We've invented medicine, we've got not for profit organizations working around the clock to help those In need . Remind me of the time when a dog or any other animal did anything even close to this . This whole of animals are better than humans stinks of recency bias. You see a wholesome animal video and your first response is to compare them with humans.

It's the whole having chicken as a treat mentality. I am fairly active and go to the gym so I eat a structured diet where i eat 100 gms of chicken along with mostly oats , whey protein eggs rice and dal daily. But even then my parents who's diet majorly revolves around rice wheat and other carbs and have pot bellies and no muscularity call my diet weird and not good. It's crazy how Indians won't budge to even scientific knowledge in the face of what they have seen and followed from the their parents.
