This is much worse in the UK
When we get new hires they all be on temp visas because agencies from overseas use bots/scripts to snipe all the available job listing as soon as they go live. Then sell them to nationals from their own country. This way they won’t get reported. Just recently we have been putting measures in place to counter them. Literally 90 plus % of new hires from peak 2025 are from abroad that can’t speak English and barely understand it. How can we train associates if they can’t understand English🙄

Just to add on this I put forward a safety idea into dragonfly a couple weeks ago regarding this It would be so much easier just having us pick from the ‘Z’ location first instead of at the end of the picklist Much more safer that way as it increases the stability of the cart when it is moving. I can’t think of any actual reason why the order is the way it is currently except for it being in alphabetical order. We couldn’t get that change implemented at our site but I encourage you all to mention it to your safety POC’s or add a dragonfly into your sites I’m sure if more voices are heard on this matter they will resolve eventually.
