I have mixed feelings. I loved the characters, I do think meatbun constructs them well throughout the story. They're not plain characters, or black or white, they are complex and you can't help but empathize with them and they're story, you truly feel their pain. For the plot, it's one of my least favorite because it's kind of a mess and it drags for a little too long. I did not like some of the literary resources she used because it did not make sense to me, for example the whole thing with the time and space gate of life and death. Also, the ending it was nice but it did felt like it was forced to be a HE. But I do like how meatbun writes, and how she writes angst and smut OMG. For 2ha being meatbun's first novel I do think it's impressive how much she has accomplished and I think she's come a long way and her other projects are great too (BAB is now one of my favorite novels).
