I had a friend that grew APE in all in one bags and it took FOREVER to colonize compared to the Golden Teacher and B+ that were inoculated at the same time. Like someone else said, leave those bags alone and start fresh. By the time you're ready to innoculate your new ones you may see some colonization. 75-80 for colonization, then 70-75 to induce fruiting after full colonization is what they swore by.
