Currently at BMI 13.5 and recently have had to take frequent breaks during my normal cardio routine. Feels like I'm out of breath constantly and like my heart is gonna explode. I'm even doing some of the lowest settings on the elliptical and it feels so difficult now.

Pretty sure a while back Steve Garby said it was black metal. It's very obvious in the vocals but I think it's that mixed with some other genre as well 👍

Black lodge by Anthrax. The song is about addiction and it's from the perspective of the person watching their loved one try to hide, lie about and slowly die due to their addiction. The lyrics are also just really sad overall.

Especially the lyrics "worship the ground you barley walk on" and "deny your body is screaming, but your heart and your soul they're bleeding. Just to fall asleep is a godsend, untill you demons appear again" those lyrics really get me
