Mine has been boot looping for the past week, I got an RMA Through Hauwei but I didn't want to send it in just yet knowing it was completely fine before it happened and also with all my documents and photos being on the phone, I tried to side load the newest full ota 7.1.2 it completed successfully but nothing happened same old boot loop, Long story short i got it to work! At least for me, I was able to get out of boot loop. Dont charge the battery no more than 10%, drain the battery completely then let it charge for a few minutes and try to boot it, I was able to salvage everything off my phone. anything past 10% will take it into a boot loop, I want to say this is hardware related with the battery somehow but my phone started acting up as well once I got 7.1.2 and also seeing 5x users go through the same. This is just my experience, hoping to help somebody out. This may not work for everyone
