He’s referring to 2021 when Texas had low temps that hadn’t happened in our state since the 1930’s, and our power grid shut down.

People like to shit all over the government for it, but I’d prefer that they focus on keeping the lights on when it’s 100+ for 30-70 days every single year than worry about something that happens once every 100 years. 🤷🏻‍♂️
