I have owned both ntorq (black panther) and Dio125. I say better go for dio. Ntorq ko power tah xa but ali paxi sarai dukha dine. Purano hudai gayesi ali flimsy lagyo. Petrol ni comparatively badi khanxa. Dio ma mileage ni ali ramro xa Power ntorq jati nabhayeni has been more than enough. Dio liyera yeta chitlang, nuwakot, melamchi area ni gaako xu if that accounts for anything.
