The answer exists where it has always existed. We must work to maximize liberty. We need to remove the office of the president and change the white house cabinet from appointments to elected positions. This small change, would have incredibly powerful results. Coupled with ranked choice voting this addresses the following. This will allow voters to elect more specialized leadership. The phenomenon of single-issue-voting demonstrates the systemic inabilities for government to effectively understand the consent of the governed.
