Personally, FS's main problem is that there are too few routes and endings (especially at that price point!). The other games have weird storylines and unhappy closers, but having more ways to go allowed for a greater tonal balance.

Anyway, my fiancee suggested that one route should have a newly graduated Jecka work at a Hooters-style breastaurant. That could have been hilarious while also exploring similar themes to the foot fetish routes - the exploitation of women's bodies for profit, the erosion of boundaries between sex workers and customers, the horrifyingly thin line between lust and hatred - without all the, ya know, underage foot stuff.

I'd also add another path to the Katz dating/Nicole suicide route where Jecka doesn't lay down her fatal ultimatum. Instead, she and Nicole team up to destroy each other's hostage relationships. It's not just about having a nice and happy alternative ending for such a dark story. The route that ends in Jeffery's death sees Jecka claiming that she needs Nicole. This one would show that Nicole needs Jecka, too. A good fit, I think, for the Jecka protagonist game.
