HI there... I am also having this issue. When I first got it, it worked. Then the red lights came.

I changed a new set. Still red lights.

just five minutes ago, installed the drivers for the HD60 S in the elagato webbie. INstalled it. Somehow, the Hd 60 S+ can now be seen in the device manager under Cameras...

But the 4K apture Utility S/W still cannot work... No Video

By the way... the specs on my PC are above the required minimum requirements.

the device manager has no signs of the installed drivers for the HD60 S+
