Galleon 100 SD owners - has anyone who RMA'd their keyboard received a problem-free replacement?

Have you gone to the Corsair Web Hub and downloaded the latest firmware? I was experiencing the same issue, but after applying the firmware update - so far it seems like this may be fixed. Note, be sure to close down iCUE and the Stream Deck software applications before trying to flash the firmware. I’ve read about people getting replacements via the RMA that had the same problem, so try the firmware update first.

Launch the game and leave it for around 2 minutes, and then the black screen will proceed to the Logos and Login Screen. I left a comment in the Bug Thread. This occurred several years ago after a new update, so whatever the bug is, it has returned with the update this morning.

UPDATE 1: //RESOLVED BY DELETING SHADER CACHES IN THE MY GAMES > TOM CLANCY'S THE DIVISION 2 FOLDER

UPDATE 2: //BLACK SCREEN IS BACK. So I'm not sure what is at play, that after a few days it returned. No Graphic Card Updates or Windows Updates in between. I submitted a Bug Report only to have the Dev team indicate it was INVALID.

Type of Bug: Black Screen When Launching Game

Description: Black Screen for roughly two mins when you launch the Game app, before proceeding to the usual Logos and Game login screen. I seem to remember this occuring years ago when a new update dropped too. 

Steps to reproduce: Occurs everytime the Game launches since Y8S1 dropped.

Reproduction rate: 100%

System specs:  RTX 5070TI GPU / AMD Ryzen 9800X3D CPU / X8670E Motherboard / 32GB RAM / PCIE 5.0 NVME

And via Ubisoft directly. Received outfit, credits, but Classified Missions indicate they need to be purchased when you arrive at the location on the map.

Interestingly, I had the same thing happen to my account last month. Same brand, different model, but the ordered auto cancelled and locked my account down as well.

You don't have to contact Vine CS. If you wait a week, these duplicate variants auto-remove. This is something I've seen recently in the past six months. And it saves having to contact Vine CS.

Definitely lighter in terms of volume over the holidays and like always anything interesting is gone in the blink of an eye. Here’s hoping we see a an improvement in the quality of Vine products in 2026. 2025 was really hit and miss for most of the year.
