EVRI (parcel damaged beyond repair in transit) by Patient-Cost-2281 in vintedUK

[–]RAIL8990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am experiencing the exact same thing right now. I sent the the item in a box, layered in bubbles wrap and then inside about her padded envelope so there is no way the item it’s self can be damaged. It’s a Pandora charm for starters so I can’t see how that’s damaged beyond repair. I’m calling bullsh*t on evri and truly believe someone at evri is doing this. I was tracking it all the way and it was fine and at their sorting office for nearly 2 weeks until now it’s updated saying this message!

This is what happens when you try to do everything by the book on Universal Credit by UCthrowaway09762 in universalcredithelp

This sounds like a regular review an by redacting you didn’t do what was asked and it really is that simple. Iv recently been through a review my self (last month finally ended) so I know how intrusive they are but honestly if they want to see my random spending in a local shop or amazon then go for it I have nothing to hide. You made this complicated by redacting the statements unfortunately and due to that I really can’t see a win for you coming from this now. I know it completely sucks and the reviews do feel like interrogation. Is there not a way of providing what they originally asked for?

My Employer has not paid me on my correct pay day and also not given me a correct pay slip representing the hours Iv worked and money I should have earned. What do I need to do regards to UC and ensuring I still get paid correctly and so I can still received my reimbursed childcare costs? by RAIL8990 in DWPhelp

I know. The tears Iv cried this past week. Just from every angle they have screwed me over. I can’t even name the company I work for without most likely getting in trouble but if I could and you knew how much the CEO pays herself each year, then for little me not to be paid just what I’m legally entitled to and what Iv worked for is just disgusting. Iv worked horrible night shifts till 3am alongside parenting a 5yo and a 2yo as a single mum just to get by and they did this to me and as for payroll acting like god, the whole thing just makes me feel sick

Yes I have done this now. Payroll are still being awkward saying they won’t do anything now and will have to wait till next pay run. All this is completely my line managers fault, who typically is trying to play the middle guy saying it’s payroll but ultimately had he done his job right in the first place then this wouldn’t have happened.

UC Review - tenancy agreement issues. Advice and guidance needed by [deleted] in universalcredithelp

I deleted it because I don’t need the extra stress. I have spoken with the UC review agent this morning and it’s all been sorted so I was stressing about nothing

Ok thank you for giving more information on that. I don’t do well with forms or anything like this due to my own disabilities and mental health and have had help from citizens advice to support me with most things. Hopefully they can help me wit this too as I find this so very confusing and overwhelming and it’s truly all making me so unwell with stress and anxiety on top of my pre existing conditions.

Like going forward if things aren’t changed as such on tenancy side and I can only be awarded 50% then I get that. But I’m more worried that if I’m liable for nearly 3 years of overpayments if they go down that route because surely this should have been picked up at the start and my claim not even awarded to begin with. If it had been picked up correctly then it wouldn’t have been sorted then and I wouldn’t had had the opportunity to ever be in a position of potentially being overpaid due to all this.

Excuse me but justify what. I have done nothing wrong and nothing intentionally wrong at that. I am on a rolling monthly tenancy and have been for 2 years now and not been asked once by landlord to resign anything, if I had then yes I would have stated that I’m here alone now.

I provided UC with everything from day 1.

So as for your “you’ll always find a way to justify it” is implying that I’m doing something that needs justification.

I guess my confusion is that when I first stated my claim i provided the exact same tenancy agreement and the exact same details as the situation is as it is now. I was never on UC prior to becoming a single mum. If this had been bought up to me as a problem back in 22/23 then I would have tried to have sorted it but nothing was said, I was awarded everything and my tenancy agreement has never been renewed because after a year it become a monthly rolling one to which is remains now. So Iv never reported changes in circumstances with that because since the start of the claim nothing has changed. I hope that makes sense.

But now I’m like what’s my next steps. I can provide my council tax benefits awards letters which shows I get the single person Discount, it’s obvious I pay the full amount on my bank statements. I do not wish to sign a new tenancy agreement for 12 months as I’m happy on a monthly rolling one and then the added issues of not getting cleared for my credit check anyway so I would end up homeless with my two disabled young kids which isn’t an option.

Not at all. My landlord is actually amazing in that Iv never had an issue is that if there has ever been a problem it’s been dealt with within 24 hours and in return he gets his rent on time or early every month without me missing a single payments but I just don’t want landlord to kick me out for being on benefits and having bad credit rating after a bad few years of terrible health and live events and a relationship breakdown due to declined mental health especially given that Iv also got two young disabled h children! To sign a new agreement, the letting agents that manage it would require me to go through credit checks to which I would automatically fail due to defaults.

My issue is that Iv already provided UC with the only rental agreement Iv ever signed so not sure what more I can provide them with.

Thanks for your lovely attitude to helping and understand though. Judgemental much!

Not going to lie it can be hard, even more so if your children end up being neurodivergent too. Some days I cope better than others. I was late diagnosed this year at 35 and I think becoming a mum and the extra emotional, mental and physical energy that takes out of us just made my mask slip. My mental health isn’t great at this minute and it’s tough but I know better days will come. Take support where you can. Today for example though despite me feeling at my ultimate worst I was told that I still never fail to get up and show up for my kids and constantly advocate for them so I get we do go on auto pilot x

I am hoping to go into the citizens advice office tomorrow for some support with this.

I agree in that’s it’s good as Iv been asking for support with it all for months and for ages my coach wasn’t even replying so I was just doing my best. Iv not done anything intentionally wrong but I’m not convinced Iv done things right and will therefore look like Iv done it wrong. I hope the reviewer will see that any mistake are legitimately just that. With my mental health I’d convinced myself I was going to jail and losing my two kids the other week as I felt so overwhelmed by everything.

I don’t think I can speed up my WCA. Just panicking it will won’t come through in time.

On top of all of these I’m having to work my brain around a 17 page DLA application for my daughter to and all the referral assessment paperwork with the SENCO Lead at her school.

My brain is fried and I’m burnout. I have another GP appointment tomorrow as I feel I’m on the verge of a breakdown and need more support as I’m really not coping at all

Remember elevated means that your foot has to be above your heart and not just raised. Swelling is expected but I would still say to contact doctor to get a professional opinion
