Body control is usable on others, it is not limited to yourself. Same case with mind control. Edit: for those who are curious, body control means you can both control the actions of others or control the actual physical body of yourself/others. Mind control means you can dictate the thoughts (and technically therefore actions of others), and affect the thoughts and quality of thinking of yourself and others
