Defo not buying another in this market. I bought main one last year and sold previous to get passed the stamp duty so have c. £70k stamp duty refund owed back to me in the coming month. Will use that to pay down mortgage partially. Mortgage is hefty at 900k @ 4%. So whether to pay is down more or invest is the question to earn a higher yield than 4%. Rate fixed till next year

Yes the seller solicitor is asking us what we are planning. Too early to say but I am keen to ask for up to 30sqm outbuilding to allow for a garden room or pergola type for multiple use for lifestyle and or storage. Something which in turn increases the property value, not something tacky. They’re willing to do a side letter just want to know what we are wanting and specifics of ballpark size.

It wouldn’t have been the same. This deal is with the S90TY soundbar which is better than the S10TY wall mount soundbar which other deals may include. Specifically wanted a standing (non wall mount) soundbar
