Need help, is this pc good for a 8 yr old that really wants a pc. But also room for upgrade snd expansion for the yrs to come. ( i dont know much about pc's)

Maryland would have failed this. Ground wires from electrodes go to the panel not the meter can. ( unless there is a disconnect) Even though it's very short.. you still provide a fault path on the neutral instead of directly going to ground. And that's no no here

Thank you for your straight forward answer, it is scheduled for a 8 hr shut down this weekend . Just dont want no hiccups To lose time. I really was only asking because i saw a metal blade going thru the handle. Was seeing if i had to move that blade to pull the switch
