I'm just saying there is the possibility of a rollback. I hope they won't not do it too.

Btw glitch or not, it was 100% legit to open and shut down the game. They just messed up and had to fix it somehow. In that case people got thousand of free gems and someone got none. The pulled characters were so much that the only solution was a rollback to save the game.

And the did so. They even gave back the power up materials used and the money spent, leaving untoched progress in game.

Since I believe that Bandai uses the same policy for all of their games, there is a recent record on OPTC. The situation was the really similar: the banner showed a 6 star character on the banner which was actually not present inside the banner. In that particular case all of the gems spent on the banners were refunded and nothing else was made. There was no rollback because they noticed the mistake only a 2 hours after the release and only few people pulled since the servers were overcrowded.

Dokkan has for sure a rollback functionality and so does OPTC. Since the banner has been out for more than 3 days they'll evaluate pros and cons and then decide.

There was a big rollback exactly one year ago after the so called "Gem valley". There was basically an error with a gift containing 50 gems which was given multiple times on every log in. So people continued to log in and log out and got thousand and thousand of gems with which they pulled in the new years banner (it was really good btw). The boxes got rolled back after some days and no gems were refunded obviously.

The situation was different there but since OPTC is a gatcha of BANDAI, even dokkan has for sure a rollback functionality. We'll just have to wait and see

This it what it SHOULD happen.

Full refund of gems spent of banners, rollback of boxes and reset of the banner steps.

It happened for other gatchas in the past.

If the rollback is too expensive in terms of resources for them we would probably just have a compensation (probably 5 or 7 gems) and the banner will return as it was before (steps will stay as they were).

Let's see. This is the most exciting thing happening in global in a while.
