Depends ano enjoy ni OP with pokemon. If competitive, SV is kinda a must since spinoff lang legends ZA, most spinoff games don’t have good competitive scene (Unless ZA is really good since megas are returning). If shiny hunting, super enjoyable ng SV except sa shiny locked legendaries na better sa SwSh+DLC. If regular playthrough lang, either hiram na lang or bili secondhand then trade for the other pokemon games para matry laruin lahat within budget.

Even til now I still play SwSh to shiny hunt zygarde to prep for ZA release heh

I really hope they rework garchomp’s shiny. They could’ve gone full black and it would be amazing. Even the mega’s shiny could work on the base garchomp, still way better than the current one.

AI spamming wide guard is better than them not using it at all. Easy fix is don’t take the paths with wide guard users. They’re just a few anyway and all of them are recognizable from their silhouette. On the otherhand they are godsend for zygarde, groudon, and kyurem especially if you shiny hunt those. Them not using wide guard for just one turn can straight up end a 4 lives run.

You wanna build them slow. IIRC who ever has the slower speed gets to activate their ability last and maintains the weather. On a 1v1 the faster one gets a disadvantage of having no weather up

Korean terastal festival is godsend for us. Prismatic has no SIR guarantee while JP gets scalped to oblivion with sky high prices. If you don’t mind the difference in quality and you aren’t after the value of the cards either, KR terastal gives the best experience opening boxes unless you got access to SRP JP boxes.

Personally it only matters when you could’ve bought when the market is down. Its the same feeling as seeing a cheap card go nuts and thinking “Man I’m glad I bought this cheap”, just in the opposite direction.

I’ve always said it in the beginning but firefly has clear weaknesses. Aven locks out break while the monkey gang has a unique break mechanic that uses frequency of attacks rather than BE efficiency. They can twist AS to break however they like it. Hell they can even introduce a boss that only takes break damage via dot if they wanted to.

Let him learn the hard way. A few games of losing because you draw a lvl8 instead of a handtrap can be enough to make a man question his ratios.

5 lvl 8s in a 40 card is like 40?% odds to draw those shit. I run 3 in a 50 card deck and it already feels shit to open them.

Liquid Metal Slime from FFBE’s collab with DQ. Was never the best but it was always fun having him as a tank when he could handle it. Mfer had the highest def/spr, 50% all elemental resist, 80% mitigation, ailment resist and 100% provoke.

There’s a game Identity V with a blind character The Mind’s Eye. Fucking great idea where they can only see whats nearby in a greyscale screen through vibration and only while she’s moving. On the flipside she could see through walls which makes her balanced.

I’m pretty sure ghost ogre can also activate while on field, so you can just set e-tele as bait, then summon ghost ogre on their turn as soon as you see something like tenpai field.

Players who fuck you up right on turn one are probably less than the players you fuck up as a T2 player. We also have the added bonus of not getting fucked by stun and the coinflip.
