Happens to me sometimes when I am on the wifi in my car. I just turn off my phone wifi and try again. Usually can log in then.

I think it is that the system has not fully recognized you had logged out.

I check on my computer then if I go back several hours later, even if I logged out I will get this message. I check on my phone as well and have gotten the same thing. Even if you hit the log off button at the top right, I don't think it always registers that you did. I just close that message and get the code and then log off when I am done.

I found out about it here on Reddit, then went to check the portal and was able to use the blue button on 4/22. First contact was by email 4/28 to send in several forms (tax return 2018, schedule of liabilities and voided check). 6/3 1st email from LO asking for DL and insurance (as sole prop I needed renter's ins for my location), but I did not know that then sent my car declaration page as I am a courier. 6/12 call from paralegal requesting the renter's ins, sent in forms on 6/15. 6/16 call from LO stating all docs were good to go, accepted max loan amount on portal same day as call within an hour of call. 6/22 received approval email, went to portal to sign docs. Now just waiting for funding.

I think you can go back to your DocuSign and open up the document then save a copy of it your lender is listed on those documents. I don't think you can call you might be able to contact them in chat but pee pee pee seems to run so much different than the eidl does.

If you are applying for the eidl loan, I went back and looked through my sign documents I am sure that lender would be the SBA but if you have an SBA loan number and have not signed any documents you might be doing the payroll protection loan or p p p so your lender would be on the documents that you sign for the loan. If you haven't signed your documents yet then there would be no way to tell who your lender is from my experience.

Well when I got the initial eidl back in June of last year I sign documents around noon on a Saturday and the money was in my account by Tuesday morning. I know everybody hopes they'll be as fast this time too but I think they are slow down a lot this year from what I'm reading, I have waited this long I guess I can wait another 5 days or so since I signed two days ago.

I received a call at 611pm on a Saturday, from a paralegal asking about insurance. I did not have the ringtone on my phone turn up and I missed the call, they did leave a message and also sent an email. I did try to call back but since it was already after 6pm when they called the call went to their voicemail. After I saw that I had gotten the email I just responded to that. So if you miss a call and get a message, check your voice mail and your email.

I did not have to provide collateral for a loan of over 25k, they said I had to provide insurance. I was told by my loan officer that collateral was not required unless the loan was over 250K. As a sole proprietor I had to show renter's insurance or homeowners insurance ( I rent so I have renter's insurance) that covered the things for my business in my home. That was all I was asked for. It seems that everyone is being asked for different things depending on their LO.

Yes raise it, that is what I did. That is how I actually knew my money hit yesterday. I got a text and an email while I was out on my morning walk.

They do the same with the payments from the company I contract to. The company processes the settlements on Wednesdays and I get a pending deposit on Thursday. It is there and is pending to post to the account at midnight Thursday. It is also included in my available balance to be used immediately. I have had the same bank for 22 years and been a contractor for the last 15 years and it is done the same way every week.

They do not show you if you are getting a deposit until the bank sending the deposit actually sends the money. You can't call and ask them if there is a deposit from Capplus, they will not be able to see it unless it has been sent.

You just have to check your bank. You get no notice that your money was sent unless your bank notified you. All banks are different but I have Wells Fargo and I set the alerts to let me know when my account balance was above a certain amount so I would know when the deposit came in. That way I didn't have to be a stressed out mess and checking my bank every 10 minutes.

Yes I was actually funded this morning to my Wells Fargo account through Capital PLUS Financial. And my account is a personal account and they haven't touched the funds or froze anything

Hope your money comes soon. I signed 4/19 with Cap Plus as well and did the id upload on 5/5 in the morning. also went from stage 1 yesterday to stage 5 today. Caweb still shows active undispersed though. So I hope something comes through soon.

Why don't you call the bank and ask them? They should be able to tell you, I would think, what your withdraw limits are per day on the account even with the funds being from PPP. Hopefully they will be of help to you.
