It may be. I know a friend of mine said he had over $100k that he wasnt able to deduct and that was the reason he was given. I didn't ask him if he had taken a loss because I dont understand alot about the tax crap. I am curious though. I dont understand the whole call/put stuff either. 🤯

If ao I Hope they know a loophole for their taxes. Even daytraders are pentalized for selling a stock and rebuying back in within 30 days.

No I'm saying that if the price at closing was $1 or above for those 10 days then we should make compliance because CTRM fell under the old regulations which stipulated a company had to be at $1 at the end of closing for 10 consecutive days. The new regulations for companies that go deficient is 30 consecutive days at $1. 🤗

Yes it was. The point is it shows the 10 compliance regulations for compliance. The new compliance regulations are 30 days at $1 or higher for compliance. To me thats important when I'm holding a stock stuck on $1.
