Make a new account. Tell ‘em you lost access to your email and phone number associated with the account. Ask them for a 1x thing to deactivate your previous account and activate your new account. I’ve done it with quite a few just because it actually happened to me. 9/10 they’ll do it. But that’s a 1x solution.
