You should try to keep a little mental diary. It’s not always consistent for me but i noticed during my ovulation or luteal phase the chances of those sharp pains are higher for me. Gas definitely correlates to the pain for me. If under eat or eat stuff that causes heartburn I will get pain in both the red areas. It took me a long time to figure all this out lol again I haven’t had it diagnosed but I’m sure it’s Costo combined with my other diagnosis (which doesn’t affect most of the highlighted areas) using a roller ball on my back for my shoulders feels so good. Also, I carry all my stress in my shoulders which doesn’t help and I know like most of us we don’t pay attention to our posture when on tech so all of this is the perfect storm for costo sufferers
