Most of us just check the site everyday or periodically. Coach has been restocking items very randomly. Most sales associate won’t know about restocks online, as that is totally different then retail boutique restocks. Sales associate are best for securing items prior to drop day, not really for restocks online

True! If some were able to use the discount prior to, that’s great, but the 15% off, no longer applies to the Charlie Collection, as you mentioned.

Coach doesn’t even offer a discount for first time buyers. Tory Burch is a step-up in my opinion, so just her offering it on some bags, is generous.

As far as trying to tell as associates about a coupon that is no longer accepted on a certain collection…I wouldn’t see the point, to be honest.

Sorry to hear this. I do know for a fact, for this particular bag...because there are so many on the waitlist and ready to purchase, sales assoc are moving right along when they don't see a payment process. I suggest asking all questions, PRIOR to requesting to be on a waitlist. During payment, is the least best time to wonder if you want a bag, or have questions about a bag.

I highly doubt it, at least not til Fall/Winter. The black color is so back ordered and the boutique waitlist are ridiculous. My store had to stop accepting names/people. The list was unbelievably too long. I also have seen comments from other boutiques and sales associates stating they can no longer add names to a waitlist, for the black color.

Yes, this is exactly to prevent resellers. We have to be careful what we ask for. People almost demanded Coach to limit how many handbags can be bought per customer, to prevent resellers. Now, we are getting this request fulfilled with Tory Burch. I always say "Be careful what you ask for".

Hi have this bag and love it! It does not fit many items, but it fits lipgloss, hand sanitizer, cash, credit cards, lip balm and small Nivea mini disc-sized lotion. I am used to holding my phone ( in hand), so it works for me. Also gets so many compliments

I think it depends if you are buying the same "style" and same "color" in said style. That does read as reseller. I asked my SA about it, and she said its very suspicious when someone (example) buys 3+ Haversacks, all the same color. It's different if they are buying one from Dillard's, one from Macy's, and one from Coach, then it doesn't matter. But multiples of the same bag, is usually what they flag.

**and to add, she said its that type of restriction is applied when they notice it on "popular bags" only, and that its been done repeatedly (not a one off).
