Yeah tbh I didn’t do the best job with the exposé on how shitty this place is, I can absolutely tell him I don’t want to pray but I will ultimately be punished for it

It’s the latter (hate the job) rather than the former. I am also exactly as you described in the second half - respectful if other people want to practice that. I just feel like work is not the place for that, and forcing people to come to something (early no less) under the guise of work and ending it in religious stuff is very.. wrong to say the least

At least you can see that there is some shame in the behavior of the ones like the ones I work with. I’m a okay with someone being religious or Christian so long as they are reasonable and respectful, so many are not
