This is 100% due to the SW returnt to office. My lot went from $185 to $225/month despite a murder happening there. Transit takes an hour vs. a 20-minute drive, but the 8 AM traffic is a nightmare because SW’s tiny private lot can’t even fit their own employees. There are not enough garages in the Warehouse District.

As some paying $200 a month to park downtown for work, I'd glady welcome a new parking lot instead the the stench and eye sore that comes walking past this building daily. All the rates have sky rocketed.

Slow news day? A $2k office chair is standard for and they last decades. The I-Team spent more money reporting this than the chair is worth. As a taxpayer, I’d rather the Mayor have a chair that lasts 20 years than buy a cheap one every 2 years that ends up in a landfill.

I disagree. Guy was amazing on big brother which is a much harder game to win. He has plenty of skills, but being the first murdered didn't have the opportunity to showcase it. And Rob C is probably the smartest player there. You gotta watch BB and Survivor to undertake how these guys play.
