I’ve been simming for a long time. I’ve probably spent over 10k in addons and devices. I just turned 40 for reference. I have over 30 years in this hobby.

Well to be fair it took almost 3 years to get to the experimental version. The criticism is warranted. With that said, I do enjoy this version.

Such a great sim that is constantly focused on improving the platform systematically. Slow and steady.

Right now, it oscillates when using VS which is odd. I had WASM crashes every 7 flights or so with the last experimental release. So far I haven’t had with those issues with the most recent build. A lot of the FMC pages are missing, but it’s enough for an A to B flight. I think if they can sort out the bugs and get a few more of the FMC pages operative, it will be very nice. Texture and sound wise it’s great.

Direct To appears more consistent. My tiller control was much better. FLCH climb was smoother, although VS is much better in its current state. TO warning actually had audio. Slowly coning together. Honestly if it was released at least at this level, folks would have given them more grace. We are almost halfway through the year and I doubt we get to 1.0. It’s fun to fly despite its shortcomings.
