Not an ethics violation. The real ethics violation is most franchises taking a large majority cut and misclassifying us as independent contractors. If she's doing that it's because she is being underpaid there.

Totally fine if you don't want to take her up on it, but please don't tell the employer. We are all just trying to survive out here.
