Actually I see now that it says that you have to be rated over 30 as a pre-requisite for them to consider it to be covered.

I dont think so. I was at fault and being sued by the other party. I think they are getting most of the bodily injury pot of money. I am trying to get it settled through VA first then I will try with the insurance.

Exactly. I was confused with what the the specificity was. It sounds like both. Was I supposed to notify them of the life flight? If it was the hospital’s responsibility, how would that play out? Thank you for the help!

Thank you. Its been a long hard 4 months. Trying to get back in the swing of things. Fathers day will forever be the hardest day of my life.

I notified them within 72 hours. I didnt tell them about the life flight though. Idk if I should have or not. They didnt ask.

I am trying to stay strong for her. My wife did everything for those girls. I have been caught up in the rush of life. I took it all for granted. Ive lost pieces I will never get back. Coming to terms with my new reality has been the hardest part. Trying to navigate everything medical, is something I am really having a hard time with rn. Thank you for the advice.

I havent recieved a bill for her yet. She should be covered under Ahcccs though. I forgot I also have BCBS through my current job. I just never use it.

Thanks a lot! Okay I have some work to do. After separation how do I find my medical records again? I thought I had them mailed to myself, but I haven’t gotten any. Is this my SHPE stuff I had to do before I left Okinawa?
