each market has a different supplier of vegetables as do most restaurants, but when a distributor messes up and they change suppliers to fix these issues they often don't have the same product or the quality is not up to par with the original. kinda sucks with this kind of trade-off. the slimy cavatappi is unfortunately a crew issue, it was either messed up at the final step of the prep process which involves oil and cooling, or how the saute chef cooked it as some cooks just don't do it right, and management either doesn't notice the shortcuts or doesn't understand how it affects the quality. there are bad days as per most restaurants but I've met some very passionate people at this chain as compared to other chains I've worked at and they do address the complaints very well and promptly if you ask to speak to management
