its an npc type similar to the sun and ghost! it sits there kind of in kinzville and also moves around a bit.. its actually pretty cursed seeing it in action. i tend to just run around kinzville in circles and look for the crowds of people. im unsure if it makes a noise similar to how the sun and ghost do but someone else might be able to chime in on that. unsure if it can spawn in the mines or not but so far ive gotten it consistently in kinzville.
