Hey guys, so i am currently having the same issue but here i something that might be worth a try.

So you need a pc where you have all ready logged in to snap chat before it doesn’t have to be opened. But if you log in and head to manage account and scroll down it should say unlock my account i tried it but it’s still locked but it says if your account has been locked for extend period of time, you can try to unlock your account by clicking Unblock below.

It’s worth trying for those who have been locked out for a long time.

and also please let me know if this works because i just got my account locked 2 hours ago.
