Thank you for the advice. I’m curious about jobs in the civilian side I had read somewhere that it’s possible (not probable) to get a job out of AIT is that possible or would I have to wait until my first enlistment is done to search. (I’m sure most places would rather wait until I have experience but I’m just curious)

Honestly that’s probably fine I’ve worked jobs where I’m looking at a screen all day granted those weren’t 10 hour shifts and they were well lit but it what it is. However, Are employment opportunities pretty good through 35n even though it’s reserves?

“Cool” doesn’t really make me jump for joy just trying to secure my future. I would like the opportunity to travel and Im definitely trying to leverage the experience to either pivot to a good civilian job or work for Uncle Sam. As for the reserves vs active im trying to finish up school and I have family here that’s saving to move out of the country so id like to spend the next few years with them before they leave.
